General Inspection Organization (GIO): From Limiting Power Until Warranty Human rights

One of the main features of democratic governments is enforcing “Rule of Law”. Rule of Law requires existing of conditions and formal and special substantial elements which is very difficult to achieive them without observation of governments that their special work is observation and Inspection. Iran's constitution that recognize commitment to rule of the people and the Law, establish General Inspection Organization (GIO) As observer of government to good current affair and proper implementation of laws in administrative systems. This organization can play an important role by using its legal options to progress formal and special substantial elements of rule of Law (limiting government power, regarding hierarchy, Judicial supervision, Commitment to human rights).
