Legal challenges to the report of the united nations secretory-general on human rights and the situation of women in iran

Abstract:
The formulation of the United Nation charter is the first serious step for the realization of women’s right.Today,after compiling hundreds of convention and treaty and holding several confereces in the framework of the united nations again are facing with violations of women’s rights especially violence against this vulnerable class by government that most important and the most unfortunate are including arbitrary arrests,armed conflict,modern slavery women.In this regard united nations secretary-general in april 2014 presented a report on the twenty-fifth session of the human rights council regarding the latest situation of human rights in the islamic republic of iran.In this report expressed some improvements have taken place about the promotion of women’s rights in iran and objections are noted.In this article and next articles are seeks to investigate this case and truth and falsity of this report.In this regard first to examine the laws of the islamic republic of iran(hereafter r.I iran called)and women’s rights.
