Recognition and study of influential improvement projects in promotion of organization Excellence privilege based on Iran police quality model (MAKNA)

Today transforming social environments which have triggered fast changes in organizations are in need of flexible organization processes and structures that have replaced past traditional models. Organizations not only for competition but also for survival should undertake vast activities for improvement. It can be said that the major roots of organization plans and strategies are originated from strategic assumptions, beliefs and values dominant in organization ,all of which have been influenced by conceptual models, environment influences, shareholders expectation and responsive to customers and clients. Without fundamental changes in accepted assumptions in organization, beliefs and established values therein, expecting drastic and value crating changes are farfetched. Meanwhile organizations fundamental assumptions will have more principal role in formulating strategies and organization perception. It is necessary that organization through comprehensive and explorative processes to recognize these assumptions and in that case it is necessary to implement these plans gradually or quickly. Therefore in this research through library research, guiding points in excellence models, review of different statements in organizations excellence and different internal and external companies, reports of EFQM institutions and experts in field of organization improvement based on Iran police excellence models, the improvement projects were recognized and factors related to each improvement project was specified. Finally using provided questionnaires, the improvement projects which have the most effects on criteria and the criteria which have the most relevance were introduced.
