Equality of rights in the context of the Iranian constitution and Nahj al-balagha

Equality is one of the issues considered by thinkers and reformers of human history¡ especially Imam Ali (AS) .That It is highlighted in Imam Ali’s words. Long¡ different attitudes¡ leading to differences of opinion regarding the equity provided; Look what philosophers and thinkers such as Plato and Socrates¡ and what new ideas have proposed since the Renaissance; Axioms 3¡ 19¡ 20¡ 34 and 35 of the Iranian constitution¡ addressed the issue of equality and based on the teachings of legal and administrative Nahj al-balagha¡ the principles of religious and legal foundations can be better understood and more accurately be analyzed. But in any case¡ the approach of Imam Ali (AS) has attributes and features that distinguished it from other comments. This study was conducted using analytical method and relying on the Sirah of Imam Ali (AS) and his remarks¡ especially in Nahj al-balagha. The findings showed that from the viewpoint of Imam Ali (AS) the rights Do not result from the will of society or powers or historical process. But from the formation of the universe and the nature of existence and is rooted in divine revelation; Equality does not mean having facilities and equal opportunity. However¡ it also means a possibility of equal utilization¡ according to the talents and abilities of individuals in a society. Hence¡ equality in human dignity¡ Seizing the opportunities as well as law enforcement¡ Is reasonable¡ But the belief in equality in jobs are irrational and unnatural.
