The survey effect of the cost of advertising and brand value on the company's financial performance and stock returns

No doubt the company's financial performance and the return on equity is among the most important factors in the decision-making users. With regard to the issue of the pillars of leading managers and company spent part of the campaign, expected to increase the efficiency of your company, through the promotion of brand reputation, followed by the customers and the volume of sales. In this regard, the present study is that the impact of the cost of advertising and brand value of the company's rate of return on assets and return on stocks was analyzed. So to achieve the main objective of this four hypothesis is designed to test the hypothesis of panel data of 110 companies in the Tehran Stock Exchange during 1388 to 1392 (550 years - the company) and the cumulative regression analysis was used. The results suggest four hypotheses are confirmed, meaning that the rate of return on assets and return on advertising spending and there is a significant positive relationship. The results showed a significant positive correlation between the rate of return on assets and return on equity company stock is trading.
