Preaching and Dawah Management of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) Vis-à-vis the People of the Scripture Based on the Holy Quran; a Comparison With Social Marketing

Preaching and Dawah methods of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) are compared and analyzed with the various aspects of management science. His strategies toward dissidents and adherents of other religions express the essential principles of interaction and communication with People of the Scripture around the world in this age, and those who want to govern the society should follow and comply with this divine example.
In addition, the concept of social marketing, which is one of the latest philosophies of marketing in management science, claims to enhance and promote the ideas and concepts of social development. This makes studying and comparing these two concepts i.e. the managerial method of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) for preaching and Dawah and the concept of social marketing have particular importance.
This study adopts an objective research approach in the attempt to demonstrate the Quranic principles governing the managerial method of preaching of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in relation to the People of the Scripture. After studying 291main and secondary verses of the Quran and classifying the concepts under multiple categories, 10 principles for preaching and Dawah of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) were obtained.
Finally, with respect to the theoretical literature, these10 principles for preaching and Dawah have been compared with the concept of social marketing.
