Attitude measures of Host society to the impact of economic, social and environmental development of tourism (case study: rural of larijan)

One of the strategies that today many countries in the world to be given to rural development is Tourism in rural areas. In the meantime though tourism can have positive outcomes and impacts, negative results should not be ignored. Sustainability of the tourism industry during the last few decades as one of the most important and yet most discussions of tourism development concept and as a framework for understanding the processes of socio-economic development and natural resource management and tourism worldwide has been proposed.One of the strategies that today many countries in the world to be given to rural development is Tourism in rural areas. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the effects of the host society's economic, social and environmental aspects of tourism development was done. The study area is rural larijan city, in Mazandaran province. Research a descriptive - analytical. The population of the study area is rural sample of 80 individuals randomly selected. Analysis of results was done using factor analysis. The results show that income and employment of rural tourism has the greatest impact on sustainability.
