The dynamic of the impact of management approaches on the formation and explanation of performance management models

Abstract:
Management and performance assessment has been provided as a critical tool to the management of the organization and in order to survive and develop in a competitive environment, the organizations require their own assessment and management performance. Various performance models have been designed and explained from the past to the present and each one has specific features. In addition to investigating performance models and their features from the past to the present we deal with investigating the effect of the management approaches on the formation of these models. Management approaches which have developed under the effect of environmental, organizational and various other factors over time, have influenced designing performance models and have caused evolution and transformation of the relevant performance models. The suitability of the management approaches and the performance models have been investigated in this study and the dynamics of this effect has been considered in the relevant mappings. In this paper, according to some studies, the impact of four major approaches of management (traditional approach, human resource approach, quantitative approach and systemic and contingency approach) using the dynamic methodology on the formation of performance models, their evolution and status have been considered and it is observed that the managerial approaches have developed and evolved under the influence of environmental and organizational variables and have led to the formation and evolution of performance models in order to meet organizational and environmental needs.
