Saudi Arabia's Anti Shia Policies (Yemen Case Study)

Undoubtedly, Saudi authorities, have followed the trend of changes in Arabic countries since 2011, called Islamic awakening, with so much care and their efforts to highjack or divert these revolutions is pretty obvious and clear. In this regard, Yemen changes, always has been a matter of more concern to them. To a point that according to some quotations from Abdulaziz, the founder of Saudi regime has testated to his children "your serenity lies in weakness and controlling Yemen conditions".
Therefore, Saudi's approach towards Arabic world changes, specially Yemen, and Iraq, Bahrain and Lebanon as well, has been always more aggressive and intertwined with more concern. To this end, formation of governments which are weak, dependent, retarded, poor and hegemonized by Saudi, has always been the constant unwavering approach of Saudis as to these countries. This issue has been notified several times to American authorities by them concerning Iraq, to the extent that they reminded it as "presenting Iraq to Iran in a golden plate" and blamed Americans for this.
This fundamental issue, helps a lot in understanding the policies, reactions and approaches adopted by Saudi authorities towards Yemen (with respect to the considerable Shia population and the neighborhood factor); and defines their approach against Yemen revolution in recent years. Of course this will eventually costs them in political, military-security, economical and cultural terms.
As stated by Iran's Supreme leader on April 9, 2015 "Saudis originated a bad heresy in this region and they did wrong and made mistake. What they do today in Yemen, is exactly what Zionists do in Gaza? They will be put down for this for sure." in this regard, the current research is to present and analyze some of Saudis approaches towards changes in Shia geographical locations in Middle East, specially Yemen.
