Analyzing the Prediction of Occupational Adjustment According to Implementation of the Quantum Management

This study aimed to analyzing the prediction of PE teachers’ occupational adjustment according to implementation of the quantum management. The method of this study was descriptive (correlation) and total population included all of the PE teachers, in three educational levels, in Isfahan in 1393 (2014) (N= 559). The method of sampling was stratified random sampling according to total population of PE teachers employed in all of six educational regions of Isfahan. 226 persons selected for participating in this research. The results, based on regression analyzing, indicated that PE teachers’ occupational adjustment affected by various dimensions of quantum management.
