Marketing mix factors influencing satisfaction of female citizens of the city of Tabriz pools

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate the role of customer satisfaction in the managed pool of Tabriz. The research method was descriptive and was performed as a field. The study consisted of all female clients were 11760 Tabriz pools and sample according to the sample volume determination 380 were selected for random cluster sampling. The data collection tool was questionnaire the validity and reliability of the sample, were collected and distributed. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum) and Friedman and binomial test was used. The results showed that elements of satisfaction (service, price, place, promotion, people, physical assets and processes) on female customer satisfaction pools northwestern city of Tabriz, was positive and significant.
