Necessities of Social Life's Instinctive Guidance Nature Theory in Islamic Civilization Construction

The question of foundations of social life is an old question. But the main problem is to define the basis of social life and its implications on civilization construction. This essay by evaluating the previous theories on social innate nature of human beings and offering a new theory of "Guidance Centrality of Human Social Life", tries to show its implications on civilization construction.
Research method is fundamental theory that offers that theories are established upon reflective foundations and social context.
According of our new theory, Divine wisdom requires grounds of guidance in human innate and his private and social life. This theory implies that civilization construction must be based upon Guidance and Divine Guide and participants on this civilization must look for guidance.
