Geographic analysis of women's representation in parliament of Islamic republic of Iran (At the first to Ninth Parliament  1980  2012)

One of the important achievements of the Islamic Republic is paving the way the political participation for the women of Iranian society. Advancement of women in scientific and academic qualifications as an index of scientific can be expressed in which women are not comparable with pre-revolutionary period. Women with significant success in various fields of scientific, cultural, social and public participation in the defense of the revolution, Still like to attend the parliament did not show much interest. Especially if women their right to vote in the legislature seats have been overlooked in favor of men.
Despite this serious and worthwhile effort and solidarity for the presence of powerful women in the managerial, financial and administrative, Women in the highest position in the Legislative Assembly is ambiguous during the last years of ups and downs downside. Review the number of seats reserved for women representatives to Parliament in 9 course of its life can be a clear picture of the reality show.
