Account of the Importance of Ghazali's Resalatoteyr in Mystical Literature
Abstract:
Al-Ghazali is one of the scientists of fifth century that had widespread effects in different areas of religion, philosophy, mysticism and Sufism. The power and influence of ideas and the spread of his ideas, also gave a lot of power to the mystical body of literature. Major works of al-Ghazali focuses on religious issues, but through his works as soon as the work is called Resalatoteyr that is related to the mysticism. Although the narrative and mystical attitude in this work is dedicated to al-Ghazali, but before he, the form and shape of this work can get from Resalatoteyr of Avicenna. In this paper, the value of mystery and symbol and relevance of mind and the heart in the realm of mystical literature and effects of each other is discussed; and also, other aspect of impact of Resalatoteyr on the al-Obeid Zakani Moush o Gorbeh system, pointing to the effectiveness of this story on Sofia organizations and the method of their gathering around their elders is examined.
