The Assessment of the Educational Services Quality Based on HEDPERF Model in Urmia University

The aim of this study was to assess the quality of educational services based on HEDPERF Model in Urmia University. In terms of purpose, the present study is functional and, in terms of data collection ,descriptive. The population consists of Urmia University graduate students including 2454 people. The sample size was determined using stratified random sampling and a Morgan table including 332 people. The research tool was a HEDPERF service quality questionnaire; its validity was confirmed by content validity and its reliability was calculated to be 0/89 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results showed that there is a negative gap in all aspects of educational services quality. In between, from the students’ point of view, there are significant differences between the status quo and the desirable status and also in prioritizing the dimensions of the quality of educational services; educational factors have the highest priority and non-academic factors have with the lowest degree of importance. Based on the results obtained, it is suggested to use students constructive comments in various stages of planning, design, delivery and evaluation of educational services more.
