Investigation the relationship between social capital and knowledge management in librarians of the Central Library, Museum and Documentation Center of Astan Quds Razavi

The study aims to investigate the relationship between social capital and knowledge management in librarians of the Central Library, Museum and Documentation Center of Astan Quds Razavi.
the research method is survey. Research population were librarians of Central Library, Museum and Documentation Center of Astan Quds Razavi. For data collections questioner were used. Questioner reliability was 93%. For data analyses Spearman correlation and regression analyses was used.
Findings: research finding showed that social Capital has a significant and positive impact on knowledge management. As well as among three dimensions of social capital, the relationship dimension, has a highest correlation with the implementation of knowledge management and its development as well.
The results showed that social capital improvement, led to the development of knowledge management. Improve communication and constructive interactions among employees, through effective communication with strengthen and culture of participation, will facilitate knowledge production
