Tradition Of " Laugh" Of Haam Ibn Noah: Proofs Of Its Baselessness And Non-Authenticity Mentioned In Tafsir Majma Al-Bayan

the present article is about a tradition mentioned in some Shia and Sunnite tradition books including Majma al-Bayan penned by Fazl ibn Hasan Tabarsi. This tradition asserted that as haam ibn Noah laughed to his father, his disapproved action passed into his generation. The authors of this article refer to opposite traditions to this tradition. Then they studied this tradition reasoning-wise, to explored contradictions of it with Quran and reason and concluded that this tradition has been transferred from Sunni sources to Shia sources and is one of the transferred (Montaghelah) traditions.
