A comparative study of Islamic human Rights with the four 1949 Geneva conventions: with emphasise on the treatment with prisoners of war

One of the issues that occur in most wars is captivating the enemy soldiers. International humanitarian law as a branch of contemporary Islamic law from many years ago has focused on the treatment with prisoners.
Present comparative study in Jus ad bellum shows that, the four 1949 Geneva convention's and the 1977 additional protocols which compared with the Islamic rules of international humanitarian law,has a high convergence with each other. This is based on the assumption that treatment with P.O.W exists in the Islamic humanitarian laws.
Focusing on the contemporary Jus ad bellum illustrate that treatment with P.O.W in Islamic humanitarian law is very broader, more general and humanistic than modern international law represents today.
