High mortality rates in embryonic and larval stages of rainbow trout in Iran are believed to be associated with incubation stressors such as handling. In the present study, the effects of handling stress on hatching, survival rate, growth performance, proximate composition and fatty acid profiles in rainbow trout were assessed.
