Factors affecting on the results of Accreditation (Case Study of Khorasan Razavi Hospitals)

Abstract:
Background and
Purpose
In recent years, authorities of the health system in many countries have been applied accreditation standards to enhance the quality of health care and optimal management.This model was notified to Iran Hospitals to run in 2012. The aim of this study is to identifyfactors that influenceaccreditation.
Materials And Methods
In the present study, the required information was collected through a questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient which was equal to 0.93, so we can say that the questionnaire has a high reliability.To determine sample size, we used Cochran’s formula. According to this formula, sample size is equal to 384.
Results
In this study, to determine the effects of factors, we used the regression model which the standardized coefficients for executive, cultural, human and organizational factors were 0.39, 0.07, 0.28, and 0.14, respectively.
Conclusion
The results indicated that Executive factorshave the greatest impact and Human, organizational and cultural factors, in order affect on results of accreditation.
