Comparative analysis of criteria of restricting public freedoms in the Islamic system and international human rights system

Human rights are the rights which human being has them without distinction of any kind. Public freedoms are regarded as an instance in human rights; and they are indispensable for such freedoms that are predictable in legal system and rules and are guaranteed the freedoms. Hence, they can be demanded by the freedom owners. But since public freedoms for all individuals in a population are predicted, the whole society and the freedom of others are also important; however, practically people don’t practice the absolute freedom. As a criterion of limiting public freedoms may vary from system to system, this article is intended to focus on the restricting public freedoms in the Islamic perspective and International human rights system.
