Coaching in Today's organizations

Aim and
Background
In organization and management theory and in practice¡ people every day are the most important factors than in the past. Also¡ coaching is as these approaches. Nowadays¡ managers of organizations are beyond thinking at leadership roles. They are trying to play the role of a «coach» ¡ and in this way¡ are leading to increase productivity and motivation¡ and also improve ethic and reduce leave work discretionary. Any person is not coach. Some people have the talent for effective coaching. But in many cases¡ there are different ways to succeed in this field. Leaders who want development of organizations and institutions¡ should implement the principles of coaching. Coaching can be an effective process for leaders who are interested in development of individuals in organizations. Many organizational developers believe that talent will grow in interaction with others well. Coaching is an effective way to improve learning that it can be effective on the profit and loss and can provide tangible benefits to individuals and organizations. So¡ in this paper¡ at first we want to evaluate concept of coaching and then discuss its models.
