Abstract:
Justice as the foundation and as the objective of law occupies a central place in all legal systems, including Islamic legal system. This importance is doubled when it is raised by a person who himself is a perfect model for justice in his words and in his deeds. Examining justice and injustice in a legal terminology, this essay aims at assessing the implications of these words for a legal system, particularly for penal codes.
