Strategic Management Plan Gorgan Waste Disposal using the SWOT Method

This study aims to provide a strategic management plan for waste disposal was carried out in Gorgan. For this purpose, the SWOT method to develop an appropriate model for waste management strategies were used in Gorgan.
After investigations internal matrix score of 53/2, which indicates good status of waste management to internal factors and external matrix score of 45/2, which indicates the status of waste management to external factors is relatively weak, respectively. Considering the low strategic matrix (QSPM) 15 strategies for management of the waste system and the introduction of attractive and priorities Gorgan Gorgan waste management strategies to achieve sustainable development in terms of social and economic development and the environment were identified.
Finally, situation assessment and strategic action called SPACE matrix it was found that the aggressive position and indeed in the best condition possible.
Therefore, this system can be built using the capabilities and strengths in order to take advantage of external opportunities, overcome internal weaknesses and avoiding external threats to take action.
