The science of recitation studies various issues including the steps of the formation of the science of recitation, types of recitation in the terms of agreement with Arabic language and compliance with the document and tradition, the difference between recitations and its reasons as well as its benefits, different kinds of recitations, and…. One of the important issues examined by the Islamic scholars in this science is different types of recitation in terms of speed. Having listed the names of the books which have dealt with this issue, the author of the following paper discusses the brief explanations provided by them.
