The impact of nursing interventions on prevention of acute urinary retention plan (AUR) in male patients following cardiac catheterization: a randomized clinical trial

With the increasing use of cardiac catheterization and complications such as urinary retention, finding a safe and non-invasive way to solve this problem is essential. The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of Planned nursing interventions on acute urinary retention due to cardiac catheterization in Male patients with nurse in the hospital Hamedan.
In this study, the number of patients undergoing cardiac catheterization selected by convenience sampling and were divided evenly into two intervention and control groups. This study is based on measurement of time fixes and severity of Acut urinary retention and urinary retention Prevention based on a visual scale was calibrated data using analytical and descriptive statistics were analyzed using SPSS version 21.
The results showed significant differences in the of acute urinary retention using clinical protests showed that while there was no significant difference in the control group. Also compare the Nzvgrafy in the group studied showed that participation in the intervention group was planning an intervention.
Considering the positive outcomes of nursing interventions Planned and clinical protests in reducing the acute of urinary retention Planned, nursing interventions prior to catheterization method can be used in the suprapubic area.
