Investigation of the Relationship between Iranian-Islamic Symbolic Capital and Intellectual Capital

This study seeks to examine the relationship between Iranian-Islamic symbolic capital and intellectual capital. Therefore, a main hypothesis and three sub-hypotheses were formed to investigate the relationship between symbolic capital based on the Iranian-Islamic model with intellectual capital in general and human capital, structural capital, and relational capital specifically. All the hypotheses were approved and they were all positive and significant, they were respectively 0.33, 0.24, 0.18, and 0.36. Face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha test, they were all acceptable. Population of the study was one of the units of AJA forces which included 300 people. Radom sampling was used¸ which according to Morgan sample table and Cochran formula was equal to the 168 people; we considered the number of samples equal to 170. Those who accepted and insisted on the Iranian and Islamic symbols in terms of economic, social, and cultural can focus better and be more coherent.
