The Analysis of Akhoond Khorasani,s Detailed Troth in Implication of Joining the Temporary Obligatory after the Time

The implication of joining the temporary obligatory after the time is a challenging issue among Imamiyah Osuli Scholars, the majority of who believe that when joining the temporary obligatory after the time is passed, it could never carry implications on the remaining of the obligatory. Among these scholars, the author of Kifayah has proposed a detailed troth indicating that such an implication could exist given the indication of the obligatory reason and lack of indication of the bound reason and its isolation from the obligatory reason is satisfied.
The authors of this paper have investigated this issue to support the majority of Os-uli scholars, views and have criticized the author of Kefayah,s perspective from different aspects who believes in the irregularity of referring the single bound entity which entails the obstruction of imposing the absolute on the bound. On the other hand, this word is in contradiction with the necessity of the rule in all forms of bounds and the optimal is their referring back to the bounds of the original. Likewise, this word is in contradiction with the emergence of bounds in that the bound is the pillar in the desired thing and there exists no contradiction between the negligence and the indication of the bound reason. It is similarly in contradiction with the unity of the criterion between the dignity of the issue and the issue of the indication of the abrogated obligatory reason on the recommended.
Hence, seizing bound given the desired are in diversity are excluded from our assumption and the author of Kefayah,s standpoint could be violated.
