The relationship between customer relationship management with social intelligence and the type of personality in Saravan's bank Melli employees

The aim of this research is to study the relationship between social intelligence and customer relationship management and the type of character of Meli Bank staff in Saravan city. The research is descriptive and correlational. Statistical Society of this research is the staff of the Meli Bank branches of Saravan city to 155 persons. To determine the sample size 110 persons were selected by using Cochran formula. To collect the information three questionnaires were use; customer relationship management(Rezapoor,1389), social intelligence(Zo_alhasani,1394), and personality type(Rezay,1389). SPSS and Smart Pls software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is relationship between customer relationship management and personality type and also between social intelligence and customer relationship management. There is relationship between introverted character and infrastructure factor and Customer orientation factor. There is not relationship between introverted and Extroverted personality with the recruit, retain, develop customer relationships factor. There is not relationship between Extroverted personality and Customer orientation factor, infrastructure factor.It’s suggested that the Bank managers choose people according to personality type and social intelligence in posts that are more connected with customers
