The centrality of man in legislation system

The knowledge of fiqh is based on a kind of anthropology and reason because the main theme of fiqh is committed human and the most important source of it is reason and essentially human and reason are the axis of Islamic legislation. But since understanding human and reasonis a theological discussion and is related to the principles of fiqh, it is centrally and directly not investigatedor researched in the knowledge of fiqh and its principles, thus, faqih’s understanding of reason and human is formed outside the jurisdiction of fiqh and its principles. However, there are other issues in three areas of knowledge of fiqh, rules of fiqh and principles of fiqh which directly or indirectly give us a specific understanding of human and reason. In this article, some of these issues have been investigated and researched which largely shows human and reason in the Islamic fiqh system.
