Abstract:
Energy¡ specifically oil and gas¡ is one of the influential factors in the production of wealth and power in today''s world. Energy resources¡ especially oil¡ is in many parts of the world in decline¡and¡ Energy consumption is increasing at the same time¡ And there is no a clear vision on the use of alternative energy sources and competition in this field. The oil market situation and the importance of energy issues¡ has led to energy resources more than ever to be considered in the Persian Gulf. Therefore¡ Persian Gulf countries have benefit the geopolitical advantages as a tool for national interests and also policies in the international arena. Therefore¡ to achieve the above objective is felt requires constructive cooperation and integration between countries in the region. So that they can best take advantage of this potential geopolitical. This paper is trying explored and examined to establish requirements for constructive engagement between Iran and the Persian Gulf states in order to reach the goal.
