The effect of accepting the rule change the relation between evidence on overlap two period of waiting

In several cases there are two sources for period of waiting. It is a disagreement between jurists that if in this cases divorcee or widow should be waited and look out for tow period of waiting or one period is sufficient and overlap two kinds of period? This disagreement comes from difference in evidence and source. On the other hand when there is two evidence and there is established conflict and disagreement and comes third evidence and change this conflict between them to absolute generality it is discussed that the third evidence should see without other evidence or see all of them without preference between them or see second and third with each other, then see whit first one. Some jurists have accepted this rule and some others has rejected and a little accepted in some cases. In this article that has come to end with analyses and rely on Primary source we argue the effect of accepting that rule change the relation between evidence on overlap two period of waiting and its provisions.
