Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Iranian-Islamic symbolic capital and perceived organizational justice. Accordingly¡ a main hypothesis and three subhypotheses were proposed which investigated the relationship between Iranian-Islamic symbolic capital and perceived organizational justice (distributive - procedural - interactional) with the significance level of 0.45¡ 0.36¡ 0.41¡ and 0.41. Face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and reliability was assessed by Cronbach''s alpha test¡ they were all within the acceptable range. The softwares used in this study were SPSS and lisrel. Population of the study was one of the units of AJA forces which included 300 people. Radom sampling was used¸ which according to Morgan sample table and Cochran formula was equal to the 168 people; we considered the number of samples equal to 170. Those who observe distributive justice make other help them preserve justice and be able to observe the organization’s resource distribution with fairness and according to individuals’ needs. Also¡ in accessing people and different resources¡ people have procedural and interactional justice. This means that peoples in the process of accessing resources and manpower consider the needs of each section and allocate him different facilities. Also¡ they use people in different circles with common points and it is possible that an individual participate in different groups and different groups can use his or her information and contacts.
