relationship between irrational beliefs and maladaptivity among married male and female nurses

The purpose of this research is the evaluation of the relationship between irrational beliefs and maladaptivity among married male and female nurses.the population of this research include all male and female nurses in governmental insured hospitals in Gorgan city which 120 persons were selected by stratified sampling approach . For conducting this research irrational beliefs questionaiv (ATIS) and Matrimony Adaptivity questionair (DAS) spanir (1976) were used. the conclusion analyzing showed that: there is negative and meaningful correlation between irrational beliefs and matrimony maladaptivity. so nursing career and matrimony adaptivity are related.between martiage duration and irrational beliefs there was no meaningful relation. While increasing marriage duration and aptivity decreases too between the average of irrational beliefs among male and female nurses there was no meaningful difference.
