This subject has an important role in directing the human being toward God as it supplied everyone's magnificence comparing other creatures. For this reason it has an important position comparing other moral features and concepts. Because of this Quran and the Old Testament in their different verses mentioned "self-respect" and expressed its causes and its instances. This article described some of the elements of the self self respects such as: "faith" the top tribe" "Ibne_Allah or the Son of God" "Piety" as well as "humility". Then by searching and expressing their common senses and differences analyzed these concepts. The sources of the human being's self respect is based on the fact that people have been created similar to God. This is from the common points of the Old Testament with Quran. But one of the differences between these two is that the Old Testament accepts the Hebrew as the "Ibne-Allah" but in Quran the top tribe and "Ibne _Allah" has not been accepted.
