Analysis of Climatic Fluctuations Elements and Their Effects on Jarahi River Discharge Operation using Non-Parametric Methods

River flow changes over time could be the effects of climate change or lack
of change in the region is clear. Research on the part of the river basins in the southern province of Khuzestan Jarahi done to examine the impact of climate change on river discharges in the region is.Accordingly, in this study to investigate the variability of climate, especially temperature, rainfall and hydrological conditions of the non-parametric Man-Kendall test and yield age is MAKESENS software. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, fluctuations in temperature and precipitation for the period of thirty years (1983-2013) examined and it was found that the temperature fluctuations in the rally and Kendall statistics about 2/21, and the age profile yield 0.3 respectively, both of which were significant at 95%. Precipitation in the region have generally negative trend, indicating a decline in the region is the atmospheric precipitation, however, that these fluctuations are investigated any significant non-parametric Debit fluctuations in all studied stations downside is that these trends to test Mann-Kendall statistics, onaverage, about -2/4 and yield index age of -1/22 And significant at 95 and 99 percent. The results of this research can be said to increased fluctuations in temperature and decrease in rainfall during this period of reduced river flows largely affected.
