The statistical population consists of all the directors of the Research Department of physical education, sports administrators and coaches and athletes of the province in connection with the field of study, service administrators receive, in total, according to statistics that were 250 people who identified as all the myriad of they were sampling To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov, t-test and Friedman's analysis of variance was used. In this study, individual characteristics of the graduates for appointment of managerial post came as the country was characterized by technical and human skills of graduates of physical education in the country in the State sports administration posts ninth and tenth had been confirmed and recent graduates lack the skills have been Perceptual. Also, the component of education, physical and mental, that can be of factors related to the abilities of graduates was confirmed, and the experiences of the agent were confirmed.
