The role of the common Cultural and Historical heritage on the integration of Iranian Baluch with the central government and its impact on the social security in Sistan and Baluchistan

One of the very important components in the convergence of Baluch people with sovereignty and promoting the social security in Sistan and Baluchistan, is cultural and historical commonalities of Baloch people.This study aimed to identify the historical and cultural factors contributing to the convergence of the Baloch people with the governing system, and their impact on the degree of social security in the province. The population of the study consisted of a number of 200 officials and cultural and security experts in the province.Among them, a number of 87 members were selected as the sample of the study using Cochran formula. Moreover, a questionnaire consisting of 11 items , relevant to the variables of the study was developed.And after distributing and collecting the questionnaire forms, the responses were analyzed using SPSS software.Relying on library and questionnaire resources, as the first step the cultural and historical commonalities of Baluch people with governing system were extracted. After that the researcher tried to answer the question that;What are the most appropriate cultural and historical commonalities of Baluch people in convergence with the governing system? the result of the study indicated that, simultaneous converting of Baloch to Islam with other Iranian people, Baloch people Being in Iranian territorial borders in different historical periods, believing to customs, traditions and common principles, such as Nowruz, believing to omen things and evil eyed,….the existence of national and patriotic songs and prose among Balochi people, common Aryan race ,Baluchi and Persian languages having a common root, are the most important commonalities, which play the most effective roles in the integration of Baloch ethnic to sovereignty, and ,consequently promote the social security in Sistan-Baluchistan province .
