Conceptual Model of Corporate University Performance Measurement Using hybrid approach: developed BSC and interpretive structural modeling

The aims of the corporate universities are the linking the educational programs and the corporate mission. Also they play a key and vital role to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization. In this paper, with regarding to the properties of the special corporate university, a localized balanced scorecard (BSC) model by six perspectives including, foreign beneficiary, excellence, internal processes, learning and development, entitled domestic and resource management is proposed. Then, preparing and designing a strategy map by interpretive structural modeling technique is introduced. In next step, this technique is applied to find the causal relationships between objectives. By analyzing the obtained results of this modeling, it is seen that, the presented model not only can be used in develop the balanced scorecard in corporate university cut also it can be applied in all of other universities in which this result is one of the major properties of proposed model.
