Structuring drivers of multinational organizations in transition and cultural development using Interpretive Structural Modeling

Culture is a phenomenon that makes and be made. Social interaction takes place between people on the basis of culture and the result of this interaction affects the culture exists. Deployment of multinational organizations in the global markets and interact with different cultures Leads to the transfer of cultural properties to the host community. Due to this, in this article drivers and factors affecting the transmission of culture of multinational organizations to local culture have been recognized and the relationships between them to be traced. For this purpose, a multinational company in Iran has been studied and using Interpretive Structural Modeling drivers detected were classified. According to the results, the drivers of that organization, according to the interrelation between them were divided into seven levels. Finally, leverage and dependence between them is shown.
