Moderating Role Of Underlying Conditions In Streamlining Higher Education System

Abstract:
Entering new areas of management requires developing graduate's views, improving their role and skills in the intended capacity for work and increasing their general knowledge as a basic platform in this tutorial. The purpose of this research was to determine the moderating role of underlying conditions in streamlining higher education system. This qualitative study was conducted with ten professors with teaching experience who were chosen through purposive sampling method. The data collection tool was interviews, and individual semi-structured interview was used in this study. The adequacy and reliability of the study was approved by the narrative Users reviews. Data analysis was done by using the Smith pattern. Finally, based on analysis of interviews, a set of basic concepts including scientific diplomacy and engagement, political-legal factors, financial and evaluation, were extracted during an open encoding process. These concepts had a moderating role in streamlining higher education system as underlying conditions.
