Assessment of practicum Carriculum-4 in Farhangian University Based on Tyler's target-based assessment Model

This research intends to evaluate “practicum cariculum-4” based on predicted goals, accomplishment of goals of high-level documents, ability of design and execution of learning unit within frame of lesson-study and strengthening of professional action in communicated operational program.
The research method is a mixed method from model type of triangle of convergence. Data collection was performed by use of author-based questionnaire for quantitative data, and a halfstructured interview for qualitative data. Statistical society of the research included lecturers of Farhangian University campuses of Kermanshah province. Considering limited volume of statistical society, 52 lecturers were selected as research samples by census. Also, 12 lecturers of practicum lesson were selected by targeted method. Analysis of data obtained from quantitative method was performed by one sample t-test and for quantitative data; it was performed by quantitative analyses method in analyses of interview.
Findings: Findings showed practicum carriculum-4 has been desirable relatively concerning obtaining predicted goals in high-level documents, but it was undesirable concerning part of designing and executing learning unit through lesson study in order to strengthen practical and professional skills of students-teacher. Therefore, it can be resulted that, rethinking and reviewing educational designing, processes and content of practicum carriculum-4 will be effective to affect preparing students-teacher in order to enter in education field in schools and preventing waste of material and human resources .
