predict the quality of life based on optimism in hemophiliacs

The aim of this study is to predict the quality of life based on optimism was in hemophiliacs. Due to the nature of this study is descriptive correlational. The study population included all patients with hemophilia is that in the first half of 1395 were members of the Iranian Hemophilia Society¡ of which 290 were selected by random sampling. Research data by the questionnaire of the World Health Organization Quality of Life and questionnaires were collected documentary style. The data collected by correlation and multivariate regression analysis was performed using SPSS-20. The results showed that overall style¡ constant style a total of 44/1 percent of the variance in quality of life were predicted. Also¡ the overall style (β= 0/233 ) and style Fixed (β= 0/133 )¡ have the greatest ability to predict quality of life. According to the results¡ it should be stated that optimism plays a role in the quality of life of patients hemophilia.
