Fostering Belief in Religious Doctrines in Contemporary Society with an Emphasis on Resurrection

The present paper aims at a meta-analysis of the Qur’anic programs in primary schools based on studies over the period of 1999-2015. Thirty Qur’anic studies out of the forty research were selected through purposive sampling, and the findings of studies were classified and analyzed by the interpretation method. The results show the strengths and weaknesses of the curriculum of the Quran, including the objectives, content, teaching methods, and evaluation. Then, the common mistakes in the implementation of the Qur’anic programs were studied; some of them are lack of skilled trainers of the Quran to support the Qur’anic education in the primary schools, the lack of balance in the Qur’anic skills in education, excess in the production of the Qur’anic contents, and not transferring the Qur’anic teachings to practical situations of life.
