Fostering Belief in Religious Doctrines in Contemporary Society with an Emphasis on Resurrection

Abstract:
The present paper aims at a meta-analysis of the Quranic programs in primary schools based on studies over the period of 1999-2015. Thirty Quranic studies out of the forty research were selected through purposive sampling, and the findings of studies were classified and analyzed by the interpretation method. The results show the strengths and weaknesses of the curriculum of the Quran, including the objectives, content, teaching methods, and evaluation. Then, the common mistakes in the implementation of the Quranic programs were studied; some of them are lack of skilled trainers of the Quran to support the Quranic education in the primary schools, the lack of balance in the Quranic skills in education, excess in the production of the Quranic contents, and not transferring the Quranic teachings to practical situations of life.
