The Political Life of Information Boards at Universities: Analyzing the Phenomenon of Agency in Information Boards of Students Political Organizations

In this article, we analyze the role of the information boards that are used by student political organizations. They are the most significant spaces in the university environment where permanent contacts with students are shaped. Moreover, they have strategic and ideological roles against other student political organizations. The information boards also to attract attention from those students who sauntering by stimulating their emotions in order to transfer their ideological concerns to students. Based on this fact, we intend to study the agency of information boards in forming political relations in the university. Applying qualitative methodology, we used field observation and in-depth interview in three major universities, namely Amirkabir University, Allameh University (Faculty of Social Science) and Tehran University (Faculty of Medical Science). Consequently, analyzing the collected data showed that there is a map of relations in this regard which demonstrates how the agency of information boards is formed.
