Depositions Analysis of Actors and Social Capital for Co_ Management of Socio_Ecologic Systems (Study Area: Hagholkhaje Village, Mayamey District, Semnan Province)

Social capital contains all the requirements that they are necessary for co_management ,so evaluating social capital activity is important . Also recognition and awareness of key actors in local communities for having co_management on natural eco_systems is one of the important proceeding . These people can be local leaders and they can take part in co_management . The method of this study is Social Network Analysis and also analyzing the indexes of macro level and micro level of rangeland user of traditional boundary in Mayamey District . The amount of social capital and local leaders who they are effective on co_management are detailed. The results show that the amount of social capital in trust tie for rangeland users is average and collaborating is low, sustainability of relation and network balance is weak and they are not in suitable level. Low exchange of speed for trust tie and collaboration is one of the biggest challenge in co_management . According to results .,actors: Gh_ Gh and Es_ Sa are the key powers of Hagholkhaje village. These people playe important role in co_managements because of their power and their social influence and they can be used as connection between governmental orgnazation and other users for sustainable rural development.
