Karimah Government is an Ideal concept for all who are waiting for the rise of Imam (AJ). Understanding this ideal government will help us to evaluate the Islamic government with its indicators. On the other hand, because of the necessity of future studies ,we should make an effort to comprehend the existing gap between the current status and the desired situation and formulate a strategic pllaning for its implementation.
In this article we have a glance on Iftitah prayer That has been composed by Imam Asr (AJ).

For example, how to formulate it. The research methodology of this article is descriptive and analyzing of data has done by using content analysis . altimately by using SWOT model, the strengths, weakn eses , opportunities, and threats have categorized and extracted.
