Training needs assessment, a critical activity for education and improving the performance of managers and employees. To efficiency and effectiveness of all training programs must begin with a needs assessment. Therefore, with the aim of training needs assessment collection Kurdistan province police chief police chief of the staff we decided to educational needs in the domain of knowledge is incumbent measured. This research is descriptive survey. The population, Kurdistan province police chief's staff. The selected sample of 384 was selected using relative stratified sampling . The main need for more staff training and attitude within the area due tothe inherent missions of security forces, have been identified.behavior in the first place, the need for education on professional ethics and the need for education about vision provincial organization in second place ranking last.
