Investigation of Proportion of Crime and Punishment in the First Shi a Regime in Iran in the Safavid Age from the Viewpoint of Islamic Human Rights

A reaction against an unlawful verb can be punished there must be proportionality between crime and punishment and the human dignity of the accused should not be forgotten; in the Holy Qur’an, this is fully explained. now, given that the Safavid period is the first time that has put Iran in the context of a completely independent Shia rule. we have tried to try to find out in this paper, which is done in a library method, to find out, using the views of scientists and theories Islamic human rights . Is this proportioned in Islamic penal law? Is the Safavid government, which kills a religious and Shiite shrine, is seen in this royal justice, or only the government, in its appearance, carries the name of Islam and Shi’a, and the Safavid kings did not stop injustice and torture? the result is that Islamic penal law is proportionate in terms of crime and punishment, and the penalty for committing a crime has been committed. and to protect the safety of the people, God Almighty, however, has the privilege and dignity, recommends more than punishment, especially in Qisas, for the forgiveness of the offender, and has implemented the limits with the slightest doubt.
