Analysis of jurisprudential Principles and Mechanisms of Political Participation in Islam

Any school which offers a proposal to save humanity owns a set of core values and presents collectively or individually some "dos and donts" and "mays and may nots" like freedom to live, establishing justice, and ideas such as these. Islam, as a human ideology rather than a collective one, is unique and not based on separation and division of humans, it is inborn, not utilitarian, and orients the dos and donts in respect of citizen and governor. Therefore, the author believes that one of the most important distinctive features of Islam from other schools is in governance models and moral citizenship since regulatory agencies cannot guarantee establishing Islamic ethics, rather authorities and citizens should respect values like God, justice, and other moralities. No judicial or civil law can successfully introduce complete discipline and prevent crime on the part of authorities through merely their rules and regulations, instead every single individual (governors and citizens), should supervise themselves in order to have a rightful and virtuous society. Here, Islam claims to seek the moral governance or righteous government/citizen in the society. On the contrary to other schools which are incapable in that, Islam claims to be capable and adroit enough to establish moral governance and reach the final aim of righteous government/citizen.
